Bihu, Pongal, Makara Sankranti, Lohri – the names of various festivals and places vary, but the meaning is the same. India's farmers executes a plentiful harvest. The Indian population is actively engaged in agrarian activities. The first harvest of their new regional crops is a happy moment for them. It is a moment to celebrate the food, agrian crops, culture, that has been cultivated.
