Generally fortification is a process of adding FRK (Fortified Rice Kernels) containing FSSAI prescribed micronutrients like Iron, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 to normal Rice (Milled Rice) in the ratio of 1:100 (Mixing 1 Kg of FRK with 100 Kg milled rice).
